Housing
Injection molded, commercial grade, 5VA flame retardant high impact housing is made from thermoplastic material.
Illumination
Contains long lasting, efficient, ultra bright white LED lamp heads that are 1 watt (8 LEDs x 0.125 watt) per head. A high performance smooth chrome plated metal reflector with a plastic lens is included for optimal light distribution. The adjustable LED lamp heads provide optimal center-to-center spacing.
Certification
UL listed for damp locations. Meets UL924, NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, NEC, OSHA, Local and State Codes.
Battery
Includes a 9.6V maintenance-free, long lasting, rechargeable NiCd battery. The internal solid state transfer switch automatically connects the internal battery to the LED board and lamp heads for a minimum of a 90 minute emergency illumination. The fully automatic solid state, two rate charger initiates charging to recharge a discharged battery in 24 hours.
Mounting
There is an EZ-snap mounting canopy included for top or end mount, as well as a universal K/O patter on the back plate for a wall mount.

Comes with a dual 120V/277V voltage, a charge rate/power "ON" LED indicator light and push-to-test switch for mandated code compliance testing.
